I have adhd and when I'm not overwhelmed from changing my mind for the 5th time that week, I'm overwhelmed from lacking the executive function required to follow through on the plans I've made. The gentle reminder to breathe, figure out what isn't working and to give yourself the grace to change course is a much needed reminder.
Hi Rowan! So glad to see you here and so happy the words resonated with you 🥰 Gosh. I'm not diagnosed with adhd, but I can recognize myself so much in what you shared. The times I stared aimlessly into the distance (or outside a window) because I'm not sure how to step forward is...a lot. It can be such a vicious and tiring cycle, right? I hope we're always able to find a pocket of pause when things get a bit too much, to find a small tweak so we can take that tiny step forward. 💕

Most of the designs you see on my site are from several years ago, but being able to share them here brought a new level of motivation to embrace my new season in life and a deeper admiration for what I was able to do back then.
